Mumbai-based Mindspace REIT hits record 95.8% occupancy; NOI jumps 28% in Q1 FY27

Mindspace REIT reported a 28% year-on-year increase in net operating income (NOI) to ₹788 crore in Q1 FY27.

Occupancy rose to a record 95.8% with 0.9 million square feet of commercial space leased during the April-June quarter.

Distribution per unit (DPU) increased 15% year-on-year, with a ₹442 crore distribution to unitholders for the first quarter of FY27.

Mindspace REIT has 6.6 million sq ft under construction, with 4.7 million sq ft expected to be completed during FY27.
