Zaggle acquires 19.9% stake in cross-border payments and remittances company Unobanc

•Zaggle, a fintech platform, has invested up to Rs 7.96 crore in Unobanc, a cross-border payments and remittances company.

•Upon completion of the investment, Zaggle will hold up to a 19.9% equity stake in Unobanc.

•The investment aims to enhance Zaggle's capabilities in cross-border payments, forex, remittances, and international financial solutions.

•Unobanc has received in-principle approval from the RBI for an AD II licence, expanding its digital cross-border payment capabilities.
