Waaree Renewable Technologies sets up new subsidiary for data centre business

Waaree Renewable Technologies set up Aurovault Data Centers Private Ltd as a wholly owned subsidiary.

Aurovault will operate in data centre business, with 100% share capital held by Waaree Green Data Centers.

Company's objects include establishing data centres, hyperscale data centres, and cloud infrastructure facilities in India and abroad.

Aurovault is based in India and was established on September 14, 2026.
