Tata Advanced Systems, Javelin Joint Venture partner to co-produce anti-tank missiles in India

Tata Advanced Systems partners with Javelin Joint Venture to co-produce Javelin anti-tank missiles in India.

The partnership aims to set up a final assembly and integration facility in India, with component production also planned.

US Ambassador Sergio Gor calls the deal a step towards closer defence cooperation between India and the US.

The deal includes the production of 100 Javelin rounds, one fly-to-buy missile, and 25 command launch units.
