Table Space files DRHP with SEBI to raise Rs 800 Cr via fresh issue

•Tablespace Technologies has filed a draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for an initial public offering worth up to Rs 800 crore.

•The IPO includes a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 6.54 crore shares by various shareholders.

•Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings, fund inorganic growth, and general corporate purposes.

•Axis Capital, BofA Securities, and others are managing the issue.
