Samvardhana Motherson's arm gets nod to acquire 50.1% in Rotary for ₹500 cr

•Samvardhana Motherson Adsys Tech Ltd (SMAST) acquires 50.1% equity stake in Rotary Connectors Pvt Ltd for ₹500.4 crore.

•The deal is an all-cash transaction, approved by Samvardhana Motherson International's Board of Directors.

•SMAST will hold 50.1% of RCPL's equity share capital, while promoters will retain 49.9%.

•Transaction expected to complete by end of 2026-2027 financial year.
