Prakash Industries gets approval to raise Bhaskarpara coal mine capacity to 1.2 MTPA
Prakash Industries received Consent to Operate from Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board for Bhaskarpara Coal Mine expansion.
Capacity will increase from 1.0 MTPA to 1.2 MTPA, following Environmental Clearance granted by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
Approval was granted via letter dated September 10, 2026, after mining lease was finalized in 2024.
