PC Jeweller repays debt to 9 of 14 consortium banks, targets debt-free status this month

PC Jeweller repaid debt to 9 of 14 consortium banks, with all repayments completed ahead of schedule.

The company has discharged over 96% of outstanding debt to the remaining 5 banks, aiming for debt-free status this month.

PC Jeweller signed a one-time settlement agreement with the 14-bank consortium in September 2024 to resolve a ₹4,100 crore stressed loan book.

Shares of PC Jeweller ended at ₹10.54, up 3.54% on the BSE.
