•FSSAI takes legal action against Nestlé India over non-compliances in infant nutrition products NAN Excella Pro Stage 1 and Lactogen Pro 1.

•Claims on "5 HMOs" and "Whey Protein" in promotional material are under scrutiny for contravening food safety regulations.

•FSSAI also found sub-standard biotin content in a Nestlé India follow-up formula sample during laboratory analysis.

•Three adjudication cases have been filed against Nestlé India for non-compliances.
