Lloyds Metals approves ₹1,550 crore NCDs, ₹190 crore DRI capacity expansion in Maharashtra

Lloyds Metals approved ₹1,550 crore NCDs through private placement, subject to regulatory approvals.
The company will invest ₹190 crore to expand DRI plants in Maharashtra, increasing capacity by 1.85 lakh million tonnes per annum.
Expansion to be completed within one year through internal accruals, improving operational efficiency and utilisation of existing facilities.
Lloyds Metals shares ended at ₹1,826.20, down by ₹1.75, or 0.096%, on the BSE.
