Kalyan Jewellers invested ₹350 crore in subsidiary Candere via rights issue.
The investment was through 17.5 lakh equity shares at ₹2,000 per share, completed on September 19, 2026.
The capital infusion will repay Candere's loan and outstanding borrowings, with no change in Kalyan Jewellers' shareholding.
Candere is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Kalyan Jewellers.
