JSW Neo, Bhutan's DGPC ink pact to jointly develop 920 MW Punatsangchhu-III project

•JSW Neo Energy partnered with Bhutan's Druk Green Power Corporation to develop 920-MW Punatsangchhu-III hydroelectric project.
•The joint venture will hold 51% stake for Druk Green Power Corporation and 49% for JSW Neo Energy.
•This marks JSW Energy's first power generation project outside India, with a total locked-in generation capacity of 32.4 GW.
•The project will be developed in Bhutan's Wangdue Phodrang District, leveraging the country's untapped hydroelectric potential.
