ITC completes 100% acquisition of Yoga Bar parent Sproutlife

•ITC completes 100% acquisition of Sproutlife Foods, parent of Yoga Bar, after buying remaining stake for Rs 645 crore.

•Sproutlife's turnover more than doubled to Rs 452 crore in FY26 from Rs 200 crore in FY25, with significant D2C and e-commerce presence.

•ITC first invested in Sproutlife in May 2023, acquiring 39.42% stake for Rs 175 crore, before increasing holding to 100% in latest transaction.

•Acquisition marks ITC's expansion in new age and digital first consumer brands, following deals with Prasuma and other companies.
