Indiabulls signs deal to acquire 70% stake in Fintech Cloud for ₹1,050 crore

Indiabulls acquires 70% stake in Fintech Cloud for ₹1,050 crore, valuing the target company at ₹1,500 crore.

Fintech Cloud provides technology solutions to Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) for loan origination and servicing.

₹1,050 crore consideration will be settled through 21 crore Indiabulls equity shares, subject to SEBI regulations.

Acquisition expected to be completed within 9-12 months, pending NCLT and regulatory approvals.
