Honasa Consumer calls off Fluence Pharma acquisition

•Honasa Consumer has called off its acquisition of 58% of Fluence Pharma due to non-fulfilment of closing conditions.

•The proposed deal, announced in June, was valued at around Rs 135 crore with a 5-7 year payment plan.

•Fluence Pharma offers hair and skin health supplements through dermatologists with a network of over 3,000 in India.

•Honasa remains committed to its nutraceutical strategy and will continue evaluating opportunities.
