HCLTech announces first AI data centre in partnership with Sarvam in Odisha

•HCLTech is establishing its first AI Data Center in Odisha's Sovereign AI Park in Bhubaneswar with Sarvam and the Odisha government.

•The ₹14,257 crore project will support India's sovereign AI ecosystem and deliver multilingual AI-based services while addressing data sovereignty requirements.

•HCLTech Chairperson Roshni Nadar Malhotra and CEO C Vijayakumar signed a MoU with the Odisha government and Sarvam for the project.

•The facility will combine HCLTech's AI capabilities with Sarvam's foundation models to develop sector-specific AI applications for enterprises and government organisations.
