Exclusive: OfBusiness reports consolidated profit of Rs 724 Cr on Rs 20,645 Cr revenue in FY26

•OfBusiness reported a 21% year-on-year growth in profit after tax to Rs 724 crore in FY26.

•Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 20,645 crore, with commerce business revenue at Rs 19,174 crore.

•EBITDA grew 34% to Rs 769 crore, with EBITDA margin expanding to 4% from 2.6% a year ago.

•OfBusiness's financing arm, Oxyzo Financial Services, reported an asset base of Rs 11,800 crore in FY26.
