Dilip Buildcon to sell stake in ₹6,829 crore solar portfolio to Alpha Alternatives

Dilip Buildcon to sell its stake in 10 under-construction solar projects to Alpha Alternatives for ₹6,829 crore.

The 1,363-megawatt solar portfolio spans 163 locations in Madhya Pradesh with an estimated project cost of ₹6,263 crore.

Dilip Buildcon and Alpha Alternatives will fund equity in a 51:49 ratio, with commercial operations starting around September 2027.

The deal helps Dilip Buildcon recycle capital and reduce debt, aligning with its asset-light infrastructure strategy.
