Deccan Gold opens Altyn Tor plant, marks overseas production milestone

•Deccan Gold Mines Ltd inaugurated its gold processing plant at Altyn Tor Gold Project in Kyrgyz Republic, marking its first overseas production milestone.

•The project is operated through Deccan Gold's Kyrgyz subsidiary Avelum Partner LLC and was inaugurated by Kyrgyz Republic President Sadyr N Japarov.

•Deccan Gold's managing director Hanuma Prasad Modali said the milestone shows Indian mining companies can develop resources responsibly and compete globally.

•The company aims to expand its portfolio and build capabilities across global mineral supply chains.
