Bharat Forge launches QIP at floor price of ₹1,947.70 per share
Bharat Forge Ltd launched a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) at ₹1,947.70 per share on September 17, 2026.
The floor price was set based on the SEBI ICDR Regulations, with a possible 5% discount subject to shareholder approval.
Shares of Bharat Forge ended at ₹1,919.00, up 1.54% on the BSE, before the QIP launch.
The QIP issue price will be determined by Bharat Forge in consultation with lead managers.
