Bajaj Finance Q1FY27 net profit rises 27.4% to ₹5,986 crore; AUM up 23.9%

•Bajaj Finance's net profit rose 27.4% to ₹5,985.75 crore in Q1FY27.

•Assets under management (AUM) grew 23.9% to ₹5.47 trillion, with 16.13 million new loans booked.

•Loan losses and provisions increased 1.2% to ₹1,993 crore, with a 33-basis-point decline in the NPA ratio.

•Profit before tax rose 28% to ₹8,149 crore, with a 20-basis-point increase in annualised return on assets.
