•Bagmane Prime Office Reit expects to nearly double its portfolio over 7-8 years with a 47.2-million-square-foot pipeline from sponsor Bagmane Group.

•The Reit currently has 19.6 million square feet of leasable office space and maintains 98.7% committed occupancy.

•It plans to spend Rs 700-800 crore on development in FY27 and has significant balance-sheet headroom for acquisitions with a 4% loan-to-value ratio.
