Awfis Q1 Profit More Than Doubles To ₹24 Cr, Revenue Up 27% YoY

•Awfis' net profit jumped 140% YoY to ₹24 Cr in Q1 FY27 from ₹10 Cr in the same quarter last year.

•Operating revenue increased 26.9% YoY to ₹424.9 Cr, with ₹351.5 Cr from rent and allied services, and ₹73.4 Cr from Transform vertical.

•EBITDA profitability improved 28% to ₹162 Cr, with an EBITDA margin of 38.2%.

•Awfis added 7 new centres and 5000 seats in Q1, with plans to add 8 more centres and 7000 seats in the next quarter.
