Avantel gets ₹118 crore DRDO order for ground communication hub

Avantel secured a ₹117.88 crore contract from DRDO to develop a ground segment hub for voice and data communication.

The project is due for completion by February 2029 and carries a 36-month warranty.

This contract adds to Avantel's recent order wins, following a ₹459.9 crore order from Zetwerk earlier this year.

The project involves the development of a ground segment hub for the Defence Research and Development Organisation.
