Ashneer Grover launches employer backed lending platform Fund My Staff

•Ashneer Grover, former MD and co-founder of BharatPe, has launched Fund My Staff, a new fintech platform.

•The platform enables employers to facilitate loans for their employees by acting as guarantors, supporting staff with limited or no credit history.

•Employers can onboard staff, set loan amounts, review loan requests, and approve them by acting as guarantors on the platform.

•The loan is disbursed to the employee, who repays it through monthly EMIs, with the employer acting as a guarantor.

•Fund My Staff operates as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) in compliance with RBI digital lending guidelines and partners with RBI-registered lending partners.

•The platform was developed by Delhi-based Third Unicorn, a venture founded by Grover and Aseem Ghavri after Grover's exit from BharatPe.
